Meeting has been scheduled for July 11, 2022 to review candidates. To discuss any issues that Julie is running up against. Focus will also to have scholarship winners hopefully give us updates on their continuing education progress.
The topic of endowment fund continues under discussion. Richard Kimball has presented two Scholarship projects. One is 500 Club and the second is 1634 Club. He is refining the bylaws and process to be presented at next meeting
Discussion on shadowing board members was discussed. Heather Stevens to shadow Ed for treasurer and Janine Balistreri to shadow Anne Falk.
Next meeting will be July 11, 2022
7:00 PM-Virtual.
Thursday will have two walking tours of Kimball homes in Ipswich by guided by Gordon Harris. Maximum of 10 people each tour and $10 per person. Also, the Ipswich Museum will be open from 10:00-4:00 free.
Friday will have a Board Members Meeting from 10:00. Lunch Break and then Starting at 2:00 there will be members meeting to discuss Genealogy. This meeting will be led by Carol Kimball Stahl with a guest speaker. Expect meeting to last until about 5:00. Members will be responsible for dinner on Friday.
Saturday will begin at 9:00 AM. During the day there will be Members Meeting to elect Board Officers, Financial report and minutes from 2021 Reunion be presented. Scholarship winners will be announced. There are three guest speakers scheduled throughout the day. The Silent Auction tables will be set up early to display items donated. The bidding will continue throughout the day with winners announced near end of meeting. New this year will be a Raffle that winners will be announced throughout the days.
Breakfast is not provided. Lunch and Dinner menus are being provided to all attending. The charge for lunch is $25.00 and the charge for Dinner is $35.00. The board has voted to cover all taxes and tip. Forms need to be provided to Sylvia before July 13 so she can give hotel the counts.
